David Low is the Managing Partner at David Low & Associates, P.A., responsible for setting the overall direction and strategy of the Firm.
Mr. Low was raised in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. He went to college at Florida International University, and law school at Saint Thomas University, where he was a member of the Moot Court Team, International Moot Court Team and Jewish Law Student Association. He received a book award for the highest score in federal courts and was on the Dean’s list. He was one of two students from the entire law school chosen to take part in a prestigious internship at The United Nations serving as ambassador for Pax Romana, a non-governmental organization where he sat on the Social and Economic Committee for peace and reconciliation of formerly warring tribes in Africa and Asia. While there, he substantially contributed to practical ways to bringing about peace in a post-war era. This included attendance at the General Assembly with leaders and ambassadors from around the world.
Monique Low is the chief operations officer at David Low & Associates, P.A., overseeing the Firm’s business operations.
Ms. Low was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. She studied International Relations at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and at La Universidad de San Luis in Madrid, Spain before relocating to Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Ms. Low received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Florida International University, and a Juris Doctorate from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad College of Law, where she was a member of the Family Law Student Association, Florida Association of Women Lawyers, Jewish Law Student Association, and Toastmasters. In 2017, Ms. Low completed the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses Program.
Ms. Low has experience handling first and third party property insurance claims, family law, judgment collections, immigration, and general civil litigation.
When not working, Ms. Low enjoys travelling, cooking and spending time with her family.
